SM Accounting And Advisory (SMAA) was founded and established by Sydney Mtshayise, who is the managing director. He holds a BCom Accounting degree and has completed his SAIPA articles. He is a registered and qualified member of the South African institute for Professional Accountants. He has written and passed the SAIPA board exam which saw him get designated as a Professional Accountant (SA) and he is also a registered Professional Tax Practitioner (SA).
